Refund policy

1. Applicability
Covers all orders placed on Downside website.

2. Cancellation by You
Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified, our drops are limited and move fast.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted only for damaged/defective items, reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • No returns/exchanges for change of mind or size errors.

  • On valid claims, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, as per RBI guidelines.

4. How to Claim
Email help@construqt.co within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

5. Inspection & Resolution
We inspect every request. If valid, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. False claims will be rejected.

6. Legal Compliance
This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection (E‑commerce) Rules 2020 and RBI refund mandates.
